Introduction	The institution is Situated in the heart point in Mithapukur under Rangpur District. The institution has been running as a high school after establishing it. At present, it has included Humanities, Science & Vocational branches.

The History of the Institution	The institution is Situated in the heart point in Mithapukur under Rangpur District. The founder of the institution was late Gyash uddin shah fakir. He is on of the social workers of Mithapukur. He established many school, collages & mosques in different places in Mithapukur. The people of Mithapukur always remember him even after death. Lessons were taught in Humanities branch from 1947 to 1966. The science department was started in 1966 & Vocational department in 2000. At present, The institution has 16 branches with vocational branch.
Facilities	It has Two-3storied buildings with 18 rooms, a one storied  building with 3 rooms & three tin shade buildings with 17 rooms. Two commons for students, Two common rooms for the teachers, an office room for the Headmaster, a office room for the Assistant headmaster, a library, three science laboratory rooms & a computer lab.
Administration	The headmaster Sha Habib-E-Azam, Mithapukur Model High School, Mithapukur, Rangpur. Shah Solaiman Alam, a social worker & Elite person of Mithapukur, is the chairman of the Managing Comity of Mithapukur Model High School.

Achievement	The Institution has taken in the highest position of non government high schools in Rnagpur District for a long time. Shah Md.Zakir Hossain stood 20th place in 1994 in the S.S.C Exam form Rajshahi Board. Md Zahid Hossain Stood 5th place in 1998 form Rajshahi Board.
Co-curricular Activities	The Institution arranges sports, cultural function, debate, scouts programs in different times. The Students of Mithapukur Model High School took part in national football competition in 2012 & got the glory of becoming runners-up. Most Arfina Akhtar took part in national sports competition in 2005, stood first & got Gold medal from the prime minster. Besides this, the students take part in scouting, girls guide & red cross programs in every year
The Future plans of the ianstitution	Being a Model High School, the institution has taken a lot of developmental programs such as opening comers branch, two shifts running, making a residential school, making an auditorium hall to awake the hidden talent the students, setting up a canteen for the students, arranging teaching through multi-media-projector & making an echo-park on the bank of historical pond named Mithapukur. Overall, we have an effort to make it digital Model High School.
